To the best of our knowledge, nitro bikes have been built in 1/6, 1/5 scale and 1/4 scale.  Currently 1/5 scale appears to be the most popular size for nitro bikes.  1/5 and 1/6 scale both use regular sized servos and receivers.

Review notes:

Nuova Faor Nitro: Italian bike, mass produced and very popular in Europe, lots of aftermarket parts available. Designed to be powered by the popular 2.1 cc engines from Picco and Novarossi.

Pumilio Tiempo: High-tech bike from Finland, lower volume series type production. A shaft drive bike with advanced hub center steering just like the Kawasaki ZZR-X Concept bike, production Yamaha GTS1000, and Bimota Tesi.  The Pumilio Tiempo features a robust stainless steel frame which is designed to accommodate a vertically mounted 3.5 cc engine.

Gregori RG1: Italian bike, lower volume series type production. Features include dual front disc brakes, single rear disc brake, high capacity stainless steel fuel tank, and a titanium exhaust. Powered by the popular 2.1 cc Picco XP-12 engine.

DWA Commando: Rare bike from the 1980's.  The Commando was available with or without a front disc brake setup.

Nitro T.R.D.moto: Italian bike, lower volume series type production. Notable features include an elegant frame design which provides good access to the engine, front disc brake, and CNC machined billet aluminium wheels.

Robbe-Kyosho: Rare bike produced in the 1970's. Bike occupies an important place in rc motorcycle history.

Bergonzoni:  Bergonzoni returns to the nitro market with an all new bike.

Graupner Racerider:  Mass produced in Japan, no longer in production.
