'RG1 The Movie - Part 1' is a short 49 second video clip of the first run with the Gregori RG1 in a small parking lot in Dubai.  The RG1 was fitted with homemade 'safety wheels' during the first run.  The safety wheels were designed to contact the ground when the bike is at maximum lean angle, i.e., just at the point where you'd 'lose it'!  Why bother with safety wheels?  Good question.  Not being a skilled rc motorcyclist I figured the safety wheel system would save the bike from the usual learning curve scratches and scrapes.  When I'm skilled I plan to run with the standard wire crash bars.  The video clip shows the RG1 starting system and first 'wobbly' run.  Since that parking lot was very small and high curbs were all around the place we didn't get up to any speed.  We'll run in our usual huge parking lot and make more video clips for Part 2.

This is a 3.8 meg file  .....  please hang in there  .....  it will take some time to download  .....  the final image in the video clip shows the RG1 with red painted bodywork and the the rcbike.com logo on the top left side of the image  .....  why are we telling you this?  .....  because if you don't get to this point you haven't downloaded the entire file  .....  if this happens, click your browser 'refresh button' and try again!
